Most teams have access to Copilot. Far fewer have a clear path to using it well.

The Problem.

Your team was hired for their strategic vision, but today, much of their energy is spent navigating operational friction. When manual, repetitive tasks take center stage, your best people lose the capacity to focus on the high-impact work that actually moves the needle.

The Solve.

We don't use AI to replace your talent; we use it to empower them. By integrating specialised training and tailored micro-apps directly into your Microsoft 365 workflow, we transform fragmented tasks into a seamless, manageable process.

AI Readiness Assessment Icon
Workflow Optimisation
For the leaders who need to see the gaps. We look at how work actually flows inside your Microsoft 365 environment, where it gets stuck, and where risk sneaks in. This is done in 3 steps:

1. A quantified AI Readiness Score across four key areas: Potential * Data Quality * Systems * Culture.

2. A Current State Report, that uncovers bottlenecks before they cost you millions. We use surveys, interviews and tech-mapping.

3. A custom roadmap with short-term wins and long-term AI opportunity.

We offer everything from foundational series in Copilot fundamentals to specialist series in MS Excel.
